Conference learnings

Alfred State College:
-Relationships and meaningful conversations, inspiration and zeal taken from the event
-I'm convinced that my insight is worthwhile and potentially valuable among sustainability theorists and practitioners
-The things I want to see at UM-Dearborn/throughout Michigan are valid--and happening at Alfred State College or other campuses

AWMA:
-Industry sustainability isn't quite the same, chiefly because most people in industry don't really know how to look for it
-Embodied/Embedded energy assessments are very similar to Life Cycle Analysis; Cradle to Cradle isn't always clear in design; circular economics
-Stakeholder engagement
-Project Management principles: I've got them, and I understand it very well.
